Capacitive Touch Screens
Requiring chips to drive, capacitive screens offer approximately 90% visible transmission, which is, of course, higher than that of resistive screens. Our index-matching technology allows us to manufacture capacitive screens/displays with visible transmission rates comparable to those of glass or uncoated plastic. Good links with manufactures of chips enable us to supply customers with the complete package.
Interior Lighting Solutions & Intuitive Automotive Lighting Systems
We specialize in designs & concept prototyping tailored to meet specific client requirements. Combining full PPAP integration and state-of-the-art critical specification and quality management systems, we create original, avant-garde capacitive touch (CT) interior lighting solutions and optical automotive display/infotainment enhancements.
Suitable for use in commercial & personal vehicles, our intuitive lighting systems are specifically designed & developed to enable drivers & passengers to operate interior vehicle light sources with a simple touch.
Fully compliant with strict ESD standards, our CT interior light lenses can be provided complete with custom mouldings, associated electronics, logistics planning services and packing designs.
Custom designed to cater for the high volumes and 100% accuracy, quality &repeatability demands of the automotive industry, our ultra-modern vacuum coating facilities enable us not only to meet, but to exceed the high volume, commercially demanding expectations of leading worldwide automotive manufacturers.
Vacuum depositing optically clear coatings straight onto plastic lenses allows us to produce industry leading, highly reliable CT light lens systems that will flawlessly function for a vehicle’s entire lifetime without experiencing the potential faults & failure modes often affecting alternative solutions that utilize secondary conductive mediums as part of their lighting assemblies.
