Capacitive touch panel manufacturers

Capacitive touch panel manufacturers

The capacitive touch screen has become an integral part of our daily lives for the majority of US citizens. From the cell phone that doesn’t seem to leave some people’s hands (yep, us too), to more technical instruments and devices used in medical and military environments.

We have gained years of experience manufacturing capacitive touch screens, supplying a diverse range of customers across the world, with our screens being used for many differing applications.

We produce both forms of touch panels: Capacitive and Resistive. Both are equally useful in equal measures, yet their best qualities depend on the environment in which they are being used. You can read more on the differences between capacitive and resistive touch screens in a recent blog we wrote here.

Capacitive touch panel applications

Our products have been designed to be durable and reliable in the harshest and unforgiving environments. Diamond Coating’s capacitive touch panels are perfect for applications including:

  • Consumer electronics (computers, tablets, smart phones, laptops, etc.)
  • Medical, point-of-sale (retail) and in-dash automotive displays
  • Manufacturing/processing, educational and naval and military displays
  • Cash points (ATMs), switch boards, musical instruments, and many others

Industries where Diamond Coatings capacitive touch panels are widely used include telecommunications, entertainment & education, automotive, aerospace and aviation, research and development, medical, advertising and retail, manufacturing, military and defense and many more.

Capacitive Touch Panel Suppliers

We can provide capacitive touch panels from development to production volumes. The screens can be provided with anti-glare and other finishes as required, and produced on glass or plastic (flexible or rigid).

Using our index matching technology, we produce capacitive touch panels with the same visible transmission as uncoated glass or plastic and can offer capacitive screens that are fully shielded and/or feature various other possibly required finishes such as, for example, diverse anti-reflective, special optical or hard coat coatings.

We don’t just do touchscreens though – we offer a full range of specialist coatings: Indium Tin Oxide, anti reflective and anti scratch coatings on a variety of substrates. Please check out DiamondCoatings.com for more information on how we might be able to be of service.
